Fleur de B's chef collects raw honey from small local apiaries across Missouri and Midwest conservation land. Our olive oil is organic, cold-pressed and extra virgin. We steep the olive oil with the finest ingredients, including smoked truffles, roasted garlic, ancho chiles, and fleur de sel. This blend is multi-purpose and extremely popular for meat marinades, salad dressings, and cheese plates.
